  • Hi 👋 I’m Spencer 👋  I was raised in KC and have been restoring properties throughout the area for some time. Each project is as an opportunity to bring about inherent potential and to design comfortable and usable spaces. I’ve always treated hospitality as an extension of design, which is how the concept of No Vacancy came about.

Throughout the 2+ year construction process, I collected a combination of contemporary and vintage furniture that would eventually furnish each of the rooms. The parts really do make up the whole, and the décor is always evolving.

Dozens of local creators shared their talents in all things from hand painted signage, graphic design, murals, photography, videography, and woodwork. It was a collaborative project and now it’s a collaborative experience. Welcome!
