1717 Wyandotte 📍 Downtown Kansas City, in the heart of the Crossroads. Two blocks from the streetcar, four minutes from T-Mobile Center, walking distance to most of the good stuff.
Is there a front desk?
Nope! We offer self check-in. Your code arrives by email about a week out and gets you through the front door and into your room. We're around by phone and text if you need us.
How do I book?
Each studio has its own “Book Now” button. For the whole place, head to Celebrate.Check-in, Check-out?
4pm in. 11am out. Early check-in (2pm) and late check-out (1pm) are available at booking. $35 each.Quiet hours?

24-hour access to the Parlor and Courtyard. Coffee, filtered water, a sound system, and a quiet place to work or read. Le Lounge downstairs during bar hours.How loud is it?
Honest answer: there's a bar downstairs Wednesday through Saturday. Most sleepers do fine. If you're a light one, Sunday through Wednesday is the quiet stretch.Accessible?
Elevator. Studios 1 is ADA-compatible. Hearing-impaired fire alarm lights throughout. Questions? Ask before you book and we'll walk you through it.Pets?

More than 90 days out: full refund. 14 to 90 days: 50% refund. 6 to 13 days: 20% refund. Inside 5 days: non-refundable. Refunds are processed by hand. Credit card fees don't come back. No-shows and early departures count as cancellations. Events and buyouts have their own terms. Check your confirmation.
